Healthy & Balanced Meal Plan
As a Dietitian, I’m always trying to keep meals balanced and nutritious, but I’ll be the first to admit—life doesn’t always make it easy to stick to the plan.
This particular meal plan was created during a week where I had a bit more time and energy to dedicate to meal prep. My work hours were manageable, not many social commitments or appointments, so I had the time and space to focus on cooking healthy, flavourful meals all week.
But let’s be real — weeks like this aren’t always the norm. Life can get hectic, and some weeks are just about making sure we eat something that’s quick and satisfying, even if it’s not gourmet. That’s why I love having a plan in place, even on busier weeks. With everything prepped and groceries stocked, it takes the guesswork out of meals and ensures that we’re still getting the nutrients we need, even when time is tight. The meal plan below may be a bit more demanding, but it’s also packed with variety, flavour, and nutrition, making it a great option when you’re able to dedicate some extra time to the kitchen.
