As someone who’s passionate about nutrition, I always aim to create balanced, nourishing meals. But beyond that, I want to be mindful of how I use the ingredients I buy, aiming for minimal food waste and keeping costs in check. By carefully planning each meal, I’m able to make the most out of everything I purchase—ensuring that nothing goes to waste while keeping our meals diverse and full of flavour.

I use an efficient approach to meal planning that takes into account the environmental and financial impact of what we eat. This plan isn't just about eating healthy; it’s about being resourceful and intentional, so we get the most out of each ingredient. With every meal, I make sure to use up leftovers creatively, incorporate ingredients across multiple dishes, and choose recipes that complement each other. As a result, I end up with a plan that's both budget-friendly and low on waste, without sacrificing the quality or taste of meals.
